At Leademax, we are committed to delivering transparent, ethical, and results-driven services across sales and marketing, media publishing, events, exhibitions, and strategic business representation. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) define the legal framework that governs your relationship with Leademax—whether you are a client, a consumer, or a participant engaging with us through our digital platforms, representatives, or events. By accessing our services or interacting with us in any manner, you agree to comply with these Terms. We encourage you to read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations when engaging with Leademax.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • “Leademax.com” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Leademax, including its employees, representatives, and authorized agents acting on behalf of the organization.

  • “Client” refers to any business, organization, or corporate entity that enters into a formal agreement with Leademax for sales, marketing, media, event, or consulting services.

  • “Consumer” / “You” / “User” refers to any individual or party who interacts with Leademax through its marketing representatives, outreach efforts, digital platforms, or event participation—either directly or indirectly.

  • “Service(s)” refers to all professional activities conducted by Leademax, including but not limited to lead generation, customer acquisition, campaign management, event facilitation, promotional publishing, consulting, and support services executed on behalf of clients.

2. Nature of Services and Scope of Work

Leademax functions as a specialized business growth firm providing end-to-end support in sales, marketing, customer engagement, media publishing, and event management. We act exclusively on behalf of our client businesses, executing targeted campaigns that include lead generation, tele-calling, field visits, marketing, content distribution, and event coordination.

All Leademax representatives operate strictly within the framework of pre-approved campaigns and do not offer products or services independently. We do not own, manufacture, endorse, or guarantee the products or services of our clients. Our role is operational and representational—serving as a professional interface between our clients and their prospective customers.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or interacting with any of the services provided by Leademax—whether directly through our representatives or indirectly via digital platforms, events, or campaigns—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to discontinue use of our services and refrain from any further engagement with Leademax, including our platforms, representatives, or communication channels.

4. Services and Representation

Leademax delivers services strictly in accordance with the parameters defined by our client businesses. Our authorization is limited to the scope of work agreed upon and does not extend beyond operational execution. Specifically, we are authorized to:

  • Conduct lead generation, product or service promotions, and direct sales outreach;

  • Collect consumer data relevant to marketing, support, or campaign performance;

  • Represent client brands in a professional and ethical capacity.

Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, Leademax is not authorized to enter into binding agreements, financial commitments, or contractual obligations on behalf of any client.

We are not responsible for any misrepresentation, fraud, or damages caused by individuals falsely claiming to represent Leademax. To ensure data protection and transaction safety, consumers and clients are advised to verify the credentials of any individual or communication claiming affiliation with Leademax before sharing sensitive or financial information.

5. Client Responsibilities and Relationship with Leademax

Clients engaging Leademax are expected to uphold transparency, legality, and ethical standards in all collaborative activities. The effectiveness and compliance of any campaign depend heavily on the accuracy and legitimacy of the inputs provided by the client. Accordingly, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, lawful, and current information regarding their products, services, and brand communications;

  • Ensure that any customer or lead data shared with Leademax has been lawfully obtained, with appropriate consent in accordance with applicable data protection laws;

  • Clearly define campaign objectives, legal compliance requirements, and operational boundaries within the campaign brief;

  • Avoid instructing or requesting any activity that is misleading, unethical, or in violation of local or international laws.

Leademax reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if a client proposes or endorses practices that compromise legal, ethical, or professional standards.

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, Leademax is not responsible for post-sale customer service, product delivery, or client-side operations. All client relationships are governed by a formal service agreement that includes campaign scope, timelines, performance expectations, data usage permissions, confidentiality obligations, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

6. Consumer Engagement and Consent

When a consumer interacts with Leademax—whether via telephone, SMS, email, field visits, surveys, online forms, or other digital channels—they may be requested to share certain personal details, such as name, contact information, preferences, or feedback. By participating in these interactions, you provide either implied or explicit consent to be contacted regarding the products or services promoted on behalf of our client businesses.

By engaging with us, consumers consent to:

  • Being contacted for sales, marketing, or informational purposes;

  • Providing accurate and relevant data for follow-up or service facilitation;

  • Participating voluntarily in feedback, surveys, or promotional campaigns.

Consumers reserve the right to withdraw their consent at any time. You may do so by:

  • Notifying our representative during an interaction;

  • Sending an opt-out or data deletion request to support@leademax.com.

Leademax is committed to honoring all opt-out, unsubscribe, and data deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, in full compliance with applicable data protection laws and privacy regulations.

7. Representation Disclaimer

Leademax operates solely as a service provider on behalf of its client businesses. Our representatives are not authorized to:

  • Enter consumers into long-term agreements or contracts;

  • Alter the terms, pricing, features, or conditions of a client’s products or services;

  • Collect payments, deposits, or sensitive financial information unless explicitly permitted and disclosed by the client.

All purchases, service commitments, complaints, or warranty-related concerns must be addressed directly with the business entity that owns and offers the product or service. Leademax does not assume liability for any transactional disputes or post-sale issues unless otherwise stated in writing.

We strongly encourage consumers to:

  • Verify the credentials of any representative claiming affiliation with Leademax;

  • Request official confirmation before making purchasing decisions or disclosing financial information;

  • Report any suspected misrepresentation or fraudulent behavior immediately by contacting support@leademax.com.

8. Data Usage and Protection

At Leademax , safeguarding the privacy and security of personal and business data is a core operational principle. All information collected during campaigns—whether through digital platforms, direct outreach, or event participation—is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We affirm the following:

  • We do not sell, trade, lease, or misuse any personal or business data under any circumstances.

  • Data collected is shared only with the respective client businesses and solely for legitimate purposes including but not limited to processing inquiries, facilitating follow-ups, improving campaign performance, or supporting service delivery.

  • Our internal systems, cloud services, and third-party platforms are carefully vetted and maintained under strict data security protocols.

  • Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel and governed by confidentiality obligations.

Consumers and clients have the right to request a summary of how their data has been collected, used, or shared during a specific campaign. Such requests can be made by contacting support@leademax.com., and we are committed to responding in a timely and transparent manner.

9. Code of Conduct for Representatives and Clients

Leademax upholds the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and mutual respect in all business interactions. This Code of Conduct applies equally to our internal team members, external representatives, and client partners.

All Leademax representatives are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy, and transparency;

  • Respect the rights, time, and preferences of consumers;

  • Comply with applicable laws, internal protocols, and campaign guidelines.

Similarly, clients are prohibited from encouraging, directing, or pressuring Leademax staff to engage in:

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices;

  • Aggressive, intrusive, or coercive sales tactics;

  • Any form of harassment, manipulation, or discriminatory behavior.

Leademax enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that undermines ethical standards or human dignity. Violations of this code—by clients, representatives, or third parties—may result in immediate suspension< or termination of services, contractual penalties, and, where applicable, legal action.

10. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All proprietary materials developed by Leademax—including but not limited to sales scripts, training modules, marketing content, branding assets, campaign strategies, and digital tools—are and shall remain the intellectual property of Leademax, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are not authorized to:

  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any content or assets developed by Leademax;

  • Use our proprietary materials beyond the scope of the specific campaign or service agreement.

Likewise, any creative, technical, or promotional material provided to Leademax by a client remains the intellectual property of the client. Such material will be used exclusively for the intended project or campaign and in accordance with the client’s instructions and data usage terms.

Additionally, all content published on Leademax’s official platforms—including text, images, graphics, and layout—is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be copied or redistributed without explicit written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Leademax provides services on a best-effort and representational basis and shall not be held liable for:

  • Client-side failures, including non-delivery, product defects, or service shortcomings;

  • Consumer dissatisfaction arising from expectations beyond our approved scripts, campaign materials, or instructions;

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data, instructions, or creative content provided by the client;

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from campaign performance, consumer behavior, or external factors beyond our control.

Leademax’s liability, if established, shall be strictly limited to the scope of the specific engagement and shall not exceed the total service fees received for the campaign in question.

We do not intervene in disputes between clients and consumers unless the issue directly stems from a documented act of negligence or misrepresentation by a Leademax representative acting within their authorized role.

12. Termination of Engagements

Service agreements between Leademax and clients may be terminated by either party with reasonable prior written notice, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the mutually signed contract.

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding dues and service fees must be settled by the client;

  • Any data shared during the course of the engagement—whether client-provided or consumer-collected—must be either returned or securely deleted, as per the client’s instructions and applicable privacy laws;

  • The client must immediately cease use of any Leademax-provided content, tools, or proprietary materials unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Consumers may opt out of communication or engagement with Leademax at any time. Upon such request, their personal information will be excluded from further outreach and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention protocols.

13. Prohibited Activities

To maintain ethical operations and safeguard our team, systems, and stakeholders, Leademax strictly prohibits the following actions by any user, client, or third party:

  • Impersonating a Leademax representative or falsely claiming an affiliation with our company;

  • Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or fraudulent behavior toward Leademax staff, representatives, or affiliated personnel;

  • Requesting, encouraging, or pressuring Leademax to engage in misleading, unlawful, or deceptive marketing practices;

  • Attempting to interfere with, damage, hack, or disrupt Leademax’s digital platforms, databases, campaigns, or operational infrastructure.

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of services, blacklisting from future engagements, and/or legal action, as deemed appropriate by Leademax.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Leademax shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amritsar, Punjab.

15. Updates and Amendments

Leademax reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or industry best practices. Any such modifications will be:

  • Posted on our official website, and/or

  • Communicated through appropriate channels (e.g., email for clients or platform notifications).

By continuing to engage with Leademax after such updates are published, you acknowledge and accept the revised Terms in full. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
